This is a recipe that was written by my grandmother Eva Webb. My dad's mom. They were in rural SW Tennessee so not a lot of meat. She wrote it inside a greeting card and crossed through part of it but could figure out enough to try it. bacon and the grease then add oil and flour to make a rue. 2 eggs mixed with milk and stirred to make the gravy. Put over some drop biscuits and seasoned with salt and pepper. Not healthy but it would be a filling breakfast.
